Six large WWII bomb craters located to the east of Dover Castle and visible on aerial photography dated to 1942 [1] and 1945 [2]. These large craters and their upcast were subsequently infilled / levelled and as of 2007 no above ground remains were visible [1].

A transcription of the features recorded from aerial photographs exists within a GIS layer held by this HER.

Only five craters are flagged up.
