WWII earthworks of unknown function visible on aerial photography taken in 1946 [1, 2], not observed on aerial photography in 1942 [3] and located near St Margaret’s at Cliffe. The site was comprised of three enclosing banks with a ditch running alongside. The site was 120m x 25m in total and may represent foundations. The site was no longer visible on Next Perspectives photography taken in 2007 [4], when it was in use as an arable field.
