A ring ditch of unknown date visible on aerial photography taken in 1946 [1] and 1976 [2] in Kingsdown. It was located in an arable field and seen as a soilmark, it was not visible as a cropmark in 1982 [3]. Three sections of ditch were visible, thus one quarter of the ditch cannot be determined. The ditch ranges between 1m and 4m in width. Next Perspectives photography taken in 2007 [4] showed the field to still be in use as farmland. The site lies within an area of similarly levelled earthworks.

A transcription of the feature recorded from aerial photography exists within a GIS layer held by this HER.1 RD
