A concrete tramway tunnel recorded during a site walk over survey in 2004 at the far southern end of Craylands Gorge.Tunnel bored through chalk linking Craylands Gorge to Western Cross Quarry. Lined with concrete sections. Remains of a telegraph (?) system. It is also visisble on historic OS maps of the area. (2)
