Boundary stone, on a concrete base just over 1m high with polished granite stone just over 1m high set on top. Facing inshore the inscription reads: THE EASTERN BOUNDARY OF THE JURISDICTION OF THE COMPANY OF WATERMEN & LIGHTERMEN OF THE RIVER THAMES UNDER THE ACT OF 22 & 23 VIC C 133 ERECTED 1861 THOMAS WHITE MASTER REPLACED 1982 CHARLES PETER BRAITHWAITE MASTER. Stone carving on top of the monument may be two seahorses on either side of a coat of arms. (1)
