On Google Earth aerial photographs of April 2017, a possible Anglo-Saxon Church and cemetery are visible east of Sutton Land and south of Great Mongeham Farm. The outline of a rectangular structure with an apse at the eastern end can be seen clearly, and are surrounded by marks indicating associated burials.
