Summary

A brewery was located at Wellesley Road in Ashford. The brewery was reportedly established before 1847 after which it changed hands several times. It is marked on the Ordnance Survey 1st and 2nd edition maps dating to c.1861-1895. The brewery was demolished by the 1910's and is no longer visible on the Ordnance Survey 3rd edition map of c.1922.

Original Brewery est. Pre 1847 by Thomas Lewis Elliot acquired by WM Richardson in 1888,when Elliot went bankrupt,and by T Chapman in 1895 (1)

The brewery was demolished by the 1910's.(2)
