Numerous fragments of Roman pottery and tiles, a fragment of Patch Grove ware, and animal bones were presented to the museum, c.1957-8, by Ham River Grit Coy, Darenth. (1) These finds probably derive from the Roman villa site - TQ 57 SE 30 (See also TQ 57 SE 65, 70). (2)
