`Belgic' and `Roman finds' symbols are shown over a large long-disused brick-earth pit in Hamilton Road, Deal, on W.P.D Stebbing's MS 2" map. The pit, centred at TR 37115166, is in course of being filled in prior to development of the land. No further information was gained during fieldwork concerning this site. (1)
