[TR 36834673] Tumulus [NR] (1) A small barrow, about half a mile south-east of the two barrows at Ringwould [See TR 34 NE 12] was examined in 1872 when human bones, charcoal and burnt flints were found. [The barrow excavated may be that at TR 36964613 - see TR 34 NE 2] (2,3) A (probable bowl) barrow standing at the NE end of a low ridge at a height of 125 feet. O.D. It measures 17.0m E-W by 15.0m transversely and is 0.5m in height. There are no traces of a ditch: under plough. A shallow depression in the centre suggests that it has been excavated.
