Some sherds of Belgic pottery including fragments of a cordoned urn and two Roman brass coins, badly worn, but one identified as of Constantine the Great, were found in the winter of 1958 in the bed of the Bishopstone stream by Mr. J. Yorke-Robinson, owner of Cliffe Pavilion Camp Site, Glenbervie Drive, Beltinge, Herne Bay, who retains them. He pointed out the findspot at TR 20516850. (1)
