A bronze Romano-British bracelet was found on an allotment adjacent to Stone Street, Stanford The bracelet has a snakes's head terminal, which is decorated with dot and ring motive and has a slot to receive the hooked end of the other terminal. Bracelets of this type and decoration are dateable to the late C3rd and C4th AD.

(TR 129381) A bronze Romano-British bracelet (see illus) was found on an allotment adjacent to Stone Street, Stanford by Mr Pinchen of Yew Tree Cottage, Sandling. The bracelet has a snakes's head terminal, which is decorated with dot and ring motive and has a slot to receive the hooked end of the other terminal. Bracelets of this type and decoration are dateable to the late C3rd and C4th AD. (1)
