Concrete anti-tank pillbox type 28 facing E, entrance and gunport blocked. Part of the defences for Lodge Hill ammunition depot

This feature is recorded in the English Heritage report on the Second World War Stop Line in the Hoo Peninsula, part of the wider Hoo Peninsula study. The report states: "A concrete anti-tank Type 28 pillbox facing east - part of the defences for Lodge Hill Royal Naval Ordnance Depot and the stop line. Recorded on 2011 aerial photographs but under partial tree cover by 2013 (Google Earth). The entrance and embrasures are blocked. (2)
