[TR 0295 5778] Saffery Farm [NAT] (1) Saffery Farmhouse, Grade II*, Owen's Court (East side). 15th century,now house pair, but in single occupation. (For full description see list.) (2)

TR 05 NW SELLING OWEN'S COURT (east side)
1/24 Saffery Farmhouse 27.8.52 GV II*
House, now house pair but in single occupation. C15. Timber framed on flint base and exposed with plaster and painted brick infill. Plain tiled roof. Hall house with jettied cross-wings, 4 framed bays in all. One storey and attic centre range and projecting 2 storey jettied cross wings to left and to right, that to right partly underbuilt. Close studded to wings and, in part, to central hall range. Hipped projecting wings left and right. Stacks to centre right and projecting at end left and end right. Two gabled dormers to centre, 1 wooden casement on each wing upper storey, wooden casements to left, to centre and to centre right in position of original screens passage entry on ground floor. Interior: crown post roofs to all 3 ranges, tall octagonal with moulded bases and capitals. Dais beam, and 2 service doors in screens passage (carved heads now plastered over), moulded 4 centred arched rear screens passage door). Listing NGR: TR0297257796 (5)
