TQ 7422 6856 Rochester, Boley Hill No.1, opposite W door of cathedral. Small house; of timber, two storeys with basement and attic. Built in first half of 18th Century, with through passage and front and back room to each floor. (1)

In 2013 GSB Prospection carried out a Ground Penetrating Radar survey of the moat. Parts of the post medieval structure were detected. (2)
