[TQ 75075673] The Cottage (NAT) (1) Little Buckland Farm Cottage, Buckland Lane. Grade II*. Probably dates from C14. This house is of the hall and solar-service end category which preceded the fully developed Wealden paln. (2) [For full description see list].

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BUCKLAND LANE 1. 5278 (South Side) Little Buckland Farm Cottage TQ 75 NE 9/144 30.7.51. II*
2. Probably dates from C14. Ground floor stone. Above timber-framing at the east end with plaster infilling and jetty, stone in the centre, the west end wholly plastered. Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with pentice on the west side. 3 casement windows. 2-centred north doorway with a continuous hollow chamfer. This house is of the hall and solar-service end category which preceded the fully developed Wealden plan. Crown post roof. Listing NGR: TQ7507456732 (3)
