A boat building yard marked on the 3rd and 4th edition Ordnance Survey maps (c.1905-1940). Located on the Medway at Gillingham near the end of Waterside Lane. At this time the yard consisted of three buildings, one on the foreshore having a L-shaped plan and possibly being a covered slipway on the foreshore. One of the buildings may have been standing until recently.

Boat building yard moved on OS 1930's map on the Medway at Gillingham near the end of Waterside Lane (1). At this time the yard consisted of three buildings, one on the foreshore having a L-shaped plan and possibly being a covered slipway on the foreshore (1).
