This barn near Osiers Farmhouse dates from the 16th century and is a timber framed building on a flint and rubble base. It is clad in red brick with a corrugated iron roof. It has been suggested that the barn is connected with Richard Harry's introduction of fruit growing to Kent on this site in 1533.

Barn. Mid C16. Timber framed on flint and rubble plinth and clad with buttressed red brick and corrugated iron roof. Gabled roof with lower hipped extension to right. Double doors to left and hipped end strey to right. Interior: 5 bays and aisles, with quadrant bracing to arcade posts and clasped purlin roof, and 3 bay extension without aisles. Possibly part of Richard Harry's re-introduction of fruit growing to Kent on this site in 1533.
