A lifeboat house, located on the coast west of Folkestone Harbour, is visible on Epochs 2-3 (1899-1908) of historic 1:2500 Ordnance Survey mapping [1-2]. The structure is no longer visible on Epoch 4 of the historic Ordnance Survey mapping (1938) [3] or on MasterMap (2009) [4].
