Dover Library is open for bookshelf browsing, pre-booked computer and WiFi sessions.

We regret all of our library events and activities including Storytime, Talk Time, Rhyme Time, Digital Dens and groups are suspended until further notice.

Any items on loan before the first lock-down have been extended until 31 May 2021. There are no fines when the library is closed.

Public computers are switched off 15 minutes before the library closes.


Pay & Display car parks at Albany Place and Stembrook. Designated bays for Blue Badge holders on Queen Street.
