A Sheepfold on St. Mary's Marshes. Marked on the 2nd edition Ordnance Survey map (1891-1898) and all subsequent editions, including the most recent edition. Strangely the sheepfold was not identified during a rapid survey of the north Kent coast by Wessex Archaeology in 2002.
