Shipyard. Wharf marked on 2nd and 3rd ed OS (1,2). Photographs (3-5).

This was Pollocks shipyard, famous for sideways launchs of boats into Faversham Creek. It closed in 1977 and, after a period of dereliction, the site was developed in 2004 for waterside housing. (6)
