[TR 33826955] Roman Remains found AD 1925 [T.I.] (1) Roman pottery fragments at the junction of Leslie Avenue and Brooke Avenue. (2) H Hurd was Borough Engineer at Broadstairs for many years but enquiries there and at Margate Council offices and Library produced no further information on this pottery. (3) TR 338696. Located to the nearest fifty metres. Romano British remains discovered in 1925. Site No.37 (4). Additional references (5-7).
