CRANBROOK HIGH STREET TQ 7735 NW (south side) 11/160 - Cranehurst GV II
House. Early C19. Stucco with rusticated quoins. Plat band. Boxed eaves to low hipped slate roof. Stack to rear. 2 storeys. Regular 3 window front, glazing bar sashes. Central entrance with panelled door behind parapeted Ionic porch. Recessed wing to left.

The Broadcloth is a formerly open hall and upper end of a Wealden house. The Old Studio is a late 16th or early 17th century six bay cross wing with a fine two bay front room on the ground floor. (2)
