2. C16 or earlier small, timber-framed house. 2 storeys, 3 windows, irregular. High pitched tiled roof with large hips. Tile hung with visible timber ground cill and rendered plinth. Modern casements with leaded diamond panes. Modern gabled porch with half-glazed door. Modern left extensions in keeping. Much exposed heavy timber inside.
Old Gilwyns and Gilwyns form a group.
