10/63 Nos. 30 & 32 11.10.63 (formerly listed as part of Lee Cottage and Meadow View Cottage)
GV II
House. C18 front to C17 or C16 building. Timber framed and clad with painted brick, rendered to upper left and right return. Two storeys and basement with dentilled brick eaves cornice to roof hipped to right (and originally to left). Stack to centre right. One margin light sash to left and 2 wooden casements with shutters on first floor, and 8 light shop window with half-glazed door to left, and 1 sash and 32 light shop window to right with central C20 rib and stud door with flat hood.

GII Med House

Wealden house with a formerly open 1-bay hall. The lower end has evidence for two service roome probably with an overshot passage. (2)
