TR 3054 EASTRY LOWER STREET
(east side) 12/151 The Old Brewery House
GV II
House. Circa 1800. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and parapet to hipped roof with stack to left. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 on ground floor all with painted cambered heads. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels with rectangular fanlight, with moulded pilaster surround and fluted frieze.
