PETHAM, THE STREET (west side), Lyon House
(Formerly listed as House attached to Etherington's Stores)
II
C18. Two storeys and attics red brick. Tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. Eaves cornice. Five casement windows with cambered heads to first floor windows. Doorcase with thin pilasters, thin rectangular fanlight and door of 9 moulded panels. Small bay on ground floor to the north of this. Modern shop window to the south.(1)
