The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 EGERTON LINK ROAD The Bedewell TQ 84 NE 9/29 17.9.52 II 2. C16 or earlier timber-framed building on a red brick base, with plaster infilling and curved braces. Steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof. Three casement windows. Pointed wooden doorway. Brick chimney breast on north wall. Top of original doorway concealed by later window and brickwork.
