7/22 Burgoyne's (formerly listed as Burgoyne 13.10.52 Bakery and Burgoyne Cottage)

Wealden house. C15. Close-studded timber-framed part exposed on flint plinth, with painted brick cladding, plaster infill, and plain tile roof. 2 storeys, first floor jetty left (on brackets) and right, hipped roof with gablets and left end stack. 4 bays; 2 C20 wood casements to left on first floor. Central recessed bay with C20 2 light casement behind arched braces carrying flying wall plate, 3 light C20 wood casement to right. On ground floor 2 C19 segmental bay windows to left, 1 single light to left. Central C20 plank door and sidelight, and garage doors to left.
