Largely overgrown by vegetation the remains of a gun battery survive on top of the Indented Lines, Sheerness. The group of structures includes an engine room for electric lights, stores and 2 x 12 pounder QF gun positions as well as a further battery of two guns that was abandoned in 1899. There is an entrance to the west.

Rampart to the right of Albemarle Battery. Concrete aprons but battery badly mutilated. May be slight traces remaining (1), site photographs (2,3).

Largely overgrown by vegetation the remains of a gun battery survive on top of the Indented Lines, Sheerness. The group of structures includes an engine room for electric lights, stores and 2 x 12 pounder QF gun positions as well as a further battery of two guns that was abandoned in 1899. There is an exntrance ot the west.(4)
