Railway track West of bridge. Pimple type, concrete. (1)
This feature is mentioned in the English Heritage report on the Second World War Stop Line, part of the wider Hoo Peninsula study. The report states: "Anti-tabk 'pimples' by the military railway track, west of a bridge, to the north of Hoo St Werburgh, adjacent to the entrance of Lodge Hill Ordnance Depot. Noted by the Defence of Britain Project. A small round concrete structure was mapped from aerial photographs from 1944 and 2007. Current condition is unknown as obscured by trees on recent aerial photographs. (2)
