The former Nore command bunker, later HMS Wildfire. A large complex of underground passages and chambers, west of Medway Road. Dug in 1937 and used throughout the Second World War. In the 1960s it became a training facility, HMS Wildfire, before being decommissioned in the 1980s (1-3).
