Diprose Farmhouse was identifed as medieval during a survey of the medieval houses of Kent. It is marked on the Ordnance Survey historic maps of c.1858-1940. No further information was available due to a previously incomplete record entry.

Partial remains of an end jetty house with a formerly open hall. One bay of the hall survives with an open truss and smoke blackened roof. One end bay also survives which was formerly jettied to the end. There was extensive rebuilding in the 16th and 17th centuries. (1)
