Cottage, part of row. C18. Brick ground floor, tile-hung 1st floor. Tiled roof, hipped at west end, with east stack. 2 storeys. 2 windows, modern case- ments. Modern door at entrance right of front.

Building of uncertain form probably a house but could be a large kitchen. Two of the three bays could be a formerly open hall. (2)
