The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5273 PETHAM THE STREET (east side)
No 26 (Dormer Cottage) TR 1251 37/531
II
2. C17 or earlier. One storey timber-framed building with painted brick infill. The front elevation is roughcast. Steeply pitched roof, part tiled, part thatched with one modern dormer. Three modem casements, Small later gabled porch.
Listing NGR: TR1276451475 (1)

Rare survival of a small aisled house with formerly open hall and end bay beyond. Later alterations circa 1600 (2)
