A ring ditch of Iron Age/Roman date was seen as a cropmark and was mapped from HEA 29844/50 20-APR-2016 and mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. The site appears as a penannular enclosure 9m across with a broad ditch and entrance/gap on the SE side. This lies on the NE edge of an extensive Iron Age/Roman settlement TR 36 NW 238 (1)
