Cropmarks of apossible Iron Age or Roman rectilinear enclosure visible on aerial photographs -US/7PH/GB/LOC286V 2012 19-APR-1944, CUCAP BXA50 04-JUN-1976 and HEA 35258_007 16-JUN-2022. The site appears as two perpendicular ditches 72m an 85m long with an interruption in the southern side and joined by a 90 degree (SW) corner . These features were mapped mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. (1)
