Site of Marine Billiard Room, Andrews Passage, Margate as shown on the 1st Edition O/S map and the Margate Town map 4.22. The building would appear to have been demolished prior to the creation of Marine Parade 1880-90 as it is not shown on subsequent O/S maps.
