The site of a former 19th - 20th century sheep wash recorded as Westfield Pound on historic Ordnance Survey maps (1st epoch (1879) - 4th epoch (1938) ). The pound was located in the Grain Marshes where two small creeks meet. The pound comprised a building with several fenced-off enclosures.
