Probable remains of jetty (1) Two parallel rows of rounded wooden stakes running from saltmarsh in the direction of the channel. The structure is about 30 m long, and 1.3 m wide. The stakes are up to 1 m high, and 0.1m in diameter. Appears to be quite a modern structure. It may be related to the remains of the jetty that lies further south, but gap there is a 50m gap between them. (2)
