2 Palaolithic handaxes and 9 pieces of debitage from "Treadwell's Hop Ground", Swanscombe, in H Stopes' flint collection held at NMW Cardiff (1). Treadwell was the farmer at New Barn Farmhouse (TQ 61230 73450) and the finds were listed as from "Treadwell's hop ground near road to Southfleet", Stopes' Catalogue # 19. (1)
