Numerous handaxes, a Levallois core and a Levallois flake reported by Dewey & Smith (1), as well as some further handaxes reported by Brade-Birks (2), and then material from site seen by Roe (3), and site then included in the Southern Rivers Project (4, 5). Uncertain where most of the finds came from stratigraphically, but clear from Dewey & Smith (1, p.132) that dense concentrations of minimally disturbed material present in places.

Francis Wenban-Smith noted in the Stour Basin Palaeolithic Project : "artefact counts based on Dewey & Smith's paper and Brade-Birks' find - none clearly identified in Roe's 1968 Gazetteer".
