Eight flint flakes of Mesolithic and Neolithic date found during field walking 1991. (1)

In 1991 an assessment was undertaken for the A260 Hawkinge to Denton by-pass and as a result field walking took place. Mesolithic/Neolithic flakes were found, east of Hawkinge Airfield. (2)
