[Area TR 267 420] A St. Acheul type handaxe in Tester's possession was found in 1948 on the surface of a ploughed field on the north side of the road between St. Radigund's Abbey and Capel-le-Ferne. (1) Mr. Tester cannot now remember the exact findspot (2). Other sources (3, 4, 5, 6).
