A gold Gallo-Belgic Morini coin (c55BC) was found by Mr M Pinches in his garden at 2 College Road, Canterbury in 1967. Purchased by Royal Museum Canterbury. Acc. No. 9181. The garden is an old nursery and the coin was found at a depth of 1'-18" in much disturbed soil. Mr Pinches indicated the exact find site at TR 15695796. (1)
