1. 944 THE BOROUGH (South West Side)
Nos 14 and 15 TR 1558 SW 3/422
II GV
2. Early C19. 3 storeys buff brick. Parapet with stone coping. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. Later C19 shopfronts.
Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and Nos 7 to 21 (consec) form a grade II group. Also forms a group with Nos 72 to 74 (consec) and St Mary Northgate Hall, Northgate.

Imported from the Canterbury UAD. Formerly the Dewdrop Inn.
This inn has also been refered to as SNOWDROP.

The Drewdrop was short lived as an inn, a directory naming Mr W Solly as innkeeper in 1867.
The Inn was established about 1852 andclosed in 1882
