Lark Fletcher and~Co est works in 1850s, operated by White and Co from the 1870s. Closed c1880. (1) site now cleared.

Pioneering cement works which operated with four or five bottle kilns. Supplied cement for the London sewers after the Great Stink. The works were obsolete by the 1870s and the site subsequently occupied by the Baltic Sawmills. J M Preston, Industrial Medway
