Ice house demolished in 1925 in order to re-use bricks for building a wall in Lynstead. Circular structure, about 12ft in diameter, possible 10ft in depth. Brick passageway on N side had entrance door, and a 2nd door 3ft farther on; the well was below ground level. Ice gathered from a nearby pond. (1)
