Ice house built to serve Sutton Place (now demo) on ground to W and above Dairy Cottage, 2 main Road, Sutton at Hone. Icehouse damaged standing 6' above ground. Dairy Cottage built on site of C17-18 date house. Reported tunnel from surviving basement to Sutton Place to transport dairy produce. (1)
